About The Event
Join Destination Hike on Saturday, June 6 at 9:00am to celebrate National Trails Day®! We are hosting an incredible hiking event, social, and stewardship activity sponsored by the American Hiking Society®.
This day is about more than just miles; it’s about stewardship and sisterhood. We are proud to honor a demographic that has been historically underrepresented in outdoor spaces, yet is currently seeing a powerful surge in participation: women of color ages 30–60.
Event Details: This event is FREE and open to all who are comfortable completing a 4-mile hike. We will meet at 9:00am to connect and check in before we start our 4-mile hike at 9:15am. As we navigate the beautiful terrain, we’ll put our values into action by practicing "Leave No Trace" principles—picking up litter and clearing the path for those who follow.
